张玉翠，女，汉族，1984年8月生，山东滨州人，博士，研究员，博士研究生导师，中国科学院青年创新促进会会员，主要从事农业生态水文与节水方面的教学和科研工作，主讲《作物水分高效利用理论与实践》、《农业水文学与水资源》等课程；主持和参与完成科研项目20余项，发表研究论文60余篇，参编专著4部，授权实用新型专利7件、软件著作权1项、制定地方标准3项，荣获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖、河北省自然科学奖一等奖等5项省部级科技奖励。
